Question about Samsung Instinct Cell Phone
I went to sprint and one worker there told me that it must be the lcd screen so I got a new screen and I still have the same problem, can anyone help me please?
The only other thing I can think of would be to do a master reset. This would bring your phone back to the factory settings (like the day you bought the phone). Restoring the default settings may remove whatever change was made to the phone that damaged the touch screen software...

Go to Main>Settings>General> Calibration, and recalibrate your screen, if this does not work, you have to have your phone replaced.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
