My dvd xcopy gold will not except my id or password, says uses are up, I have tried reinstalling it and it does not work.

321 went out of business several years ago as a result of a court order to do so. The studios sued them for enabling copyright infringement for copying DVDs.
A little odd that 321 got smacked when there are dozens of other outfits selling DVD copiers left and right unfettered.
You can google for 321 DVDxCopy and you will find a link to another outfit that will sell you a competitive upgrade to replace your 321 boat anchor.
