Question about Acer Extensa 5420-5687 Notebook
I was useing it and it shut off on it's own. I unhooked from the back and plugged back in, and tried a new outlet. The green light is on on the power pack. I tried to turn the power on my laptop and nothing happens.. I tried to charge it and still nothing happens
Same problem here. Look for dust-clogged airways next to fan, which cause overheating. Unplug computer, take out battery, unscrew large panel, unscrew fan, clean out all dust, put back together.
