Question about Neoware Capio One Network Terminal
Hey i just tried to connect my usb pen driveto my neoware but cant recognise what may be the problem?can we do it with neoware thin client?
please someone help me out as am working for a hospital and need to install all d thin clients to them.am just new to this thin clients.

OK first off I don't know anything about this device, But I can tell you most OS level passwords I have dealt with are stored in the OS by way of a battery on the main board. If you open the unit and remove the battery and wait about 15 minutes, then reinstall the battery and close everything back up. Then turn it on and see what you get.
Has worked for me in the past On laptops.
You may have to try and leave the battery out overnight and then try it.
