Hi hamid2fresh, This is the radio shack web address for drivers. I think your driver is near the bottom of this list:- Gigaware Vga Pc Camera, but please check the list. The first of those is Win Xp, the one below is Vista. You should create a restore point before installing the driver, then if it is not correct you can try one of the other drivers. Hope this helps. No need to purchase, i think you have your microsoft office CD. just re install office with add or remove option and select microsoft front page from list. and proceed to next. microsoft would add this part of software itself.

Try to call your local Microsoft office in India and let them know your problem they will give some important instruction how to do it.
Once you install the legal copy of windows it is necessary to inform them that you are going to activate the system. Most of the installer will provide a toll free number use to call.
