Redeeming your retail card / Activating your subscription:
Open a web browser and go to the link (URL) on your retail card.
Select your countryand language from the drop-down menu. NOTE: While the registration page tries to select the correct region, the data chosen may be incorrect. Please confirm the information.
Carefully enter the registration number from your retail card.
Type your email address and click Submit.
Ensure your email address is correct, then click Verify.

Please follow the instructions below on how to register/activate your Vertus Fluid Mask software.
Vertus Tech provides two ways of registration/activation:
Fluid Mask 2.0: In order to register Fluid Mask 2.0 you need an active internet connection on the machine you want to use Fluid Mask on. This machine does not have to be online continuously after registration. Fluid Mask will try and re-connect periodically to validate your license though (every three months).
Fluid Mask 3.0: For Fluid Mask 3 they offer two ways of registration and activation of your full Fluid Mask license:
Online registration: This option requires an active internet connection on the machine on which you are installing Fluid Mask. 1. If you already installed the trial version of Fluid Mask please open Fluid Mask and go to > Help > Register. 2. Fill out the registration form and insert your serial key. The serial key should have been sent to after you placed your order for Fluid Mask 3 and has the format
Please make sure you copy/paste the serial key into the serial key field to avoid typos or mixing up digits and letters like 0 and O etc.
3. Click on the button to send the information. 4. The registration takes a few seconds. If it was successful you will see a pop-up window confirming that you are now registered. 5. You can either copy and paste your information from there into a file or to create an e-mail. 6. In addition you can see the message "You have a full license" when going to > Help > About Fluid Mask.

Fluid Mask 3:
Fluid Mask 3 does offer an online activation. For those users who don't want to connect their workstation where Fluid Mask is installed to the internet we offer an activation by e-mail, too. Instructions are displayed in the software during the registration process.
Occasionally some Windows Vista user may need to activate his or her
copy of Windows Vista operating system through phone activation, such as
in situation where the computer is offline without Internet access.
Other possible reason to use phone to activate instead of automatic
online activation is failure or facing problem to activate Vista online,
and user have to fallback to alternative.
For most users, activation process normally starts with attempt to
activate Vista online. Online activation is simple and effective way to
activate the copy of installed Vista, and when it fails or cannot
activate successfully, then user can opt to activate by phone. If you
want to skip and bypass online activation and go straight to activate Vista or Windows 7 by phone (i.e. in the case of offline PC with no Internet connection, do these steps:
Click on Start Menu.
Type slui.exe 4 into Start Search, and then press Enter.
Go to step 10.
Normal activation procedures for Windows Vista, including fallback on phone activation:
Click on Start Menu.
Right click on Computer and then click Properties, or open the Control Panel -> System and Maintenance -> System icon.
Scroll down to the Windows activation section and click on the Activate Windows now link.
Click on Activate Windows online now.
Note: If you have not entered a product key during installation, the
wizard will ask for a genuine serial key. If you uncertain of the serial
number key used, or want to change the key used, click on Change product key link.

If the online activation process, user can continue to attempt to activate using automated phone system by clicking on Use the automated phone system to activate option.
Select your location and click on Next button when prompt to find available phone numbers for activation.
Click Continue if prompted with UAC dialog box, except for those who had disabled UAC.
A local phone number or nearest telephone number will be displayed
on screen, together with a set of Installation ID (54 numbers in total -
6 numbers in 9 groups) generated by Windows.
Call the activation phone number.
The call will be answered by automated voice response (AVR) system,
that asked caller to speak, or if voice recognition failed, press the
phone button to enter the Installation ID listed behind
"Step 2?. The numbers needed to enter is a lot (54). If you want
simpler way to do it, just speak and enter anything to let automated
service fails, and then wait for the call to transfer to activation
operator (a real human). Sometimes, if for some reason the Installation
ID entered is not accepted by the AVR, your call may be transferred to
human operator too.
Note: The human operator may ask for the reason that causes
requirement of reactivation or activation of Vista. Just tell the truth,
e.g. hardware upgrade, transferring to new PC (for non-OEM edition
only) and etc.
No matter who you talk to (machine or human CSO), a set of
Confirmation ID numbers which consists of 48 digits (6 numbers in 8
groups) will be given if Microsoft believes that your copy of Windows
Vista is genuine and legitimate. Write down the Confirmation ID.
Back to Windows Vista, type in the Confirmation ID given by the phone system into the wizard boxes after the "Step 3?, and then click on Next button.
The activation should be successfully done with Activation was successful window appears. Click on Close button to quit.
It appears that Windows7's Licensing Store may have become corrupt or somehow, unreadable. Please try the below steps to recreate the Store.
1) Click the Start button 2) Type: CMD.exe in the start search field 3) Right -Click on CMD.exe and select Run as Administrator 4) Type: net stop sppsvc (it may ask you if you are sure, select yes) 5) Type: cd %windir%\ServiceProfiles\NetworkService\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\SoftwareProtectionPlatform 6) Type: rename tokens.dat tokens.bar 7) Type: slui 8) After a couple of seconds Windows Activation dialog will appear. 9) You likely be asked to re-enter your product key and/or re-activate.
First of all you must be sure that Revo Uninstaller isn't blocked by your firewall: Open the exceptions list and make sure it's in there. If it isn't then ad it yourself manually.
Next make sure you copy/paste the registration key exactly how they have sent it to you: no spaces or other symbols. Now enter it in Help > Registration and press Activate Online button. This will close Revo Uninstaller Pro. Then you have to restart it manually. After a few seconds you will see on its title bar - Registered version. If this doesn't happen then the key is bad, you will have to contact them directly at firstname.lastname@example.org
