I have a Kodak ESp3 printer and I have had many problems with this printer - within 1 year you have replaced the printhead 3 times and even replaced the printer once as well. Now, the printhead has gone again and it will not print any yellow. I have done all the usual checks as I am now used to this product breaking. I am very disappointed that I paid so much money for such a poor quality item. Now I cannotafford to buy another printer so I have to use your inferior product. I would like you to send a replacement printer immediately and I would like at least some compensation for all the paper and ink I have wasted on the constant printing checks over the last year. I will not be buying a Kodak product again.
