Question about Acer Aspire T180-EA350M (AST180EA350M) PC Desktop
MY COMPUTER SYSTEM SOMEHOW OVERRIDE
THE SETTINGS OF MY WELCOME SCREEN I USED TO HAVE AND DISABLED IT!! MY
USER NAME WOULD ALREADY BE SAVED AND ALL I HAD TO DO WAS ENTER IN MY
PASSWORD AND IT WOULD LET ME INTO THE SYSTEM... IN THE "USER ACCOUNT"
---> UNDER THE TAB THAT SAYS: "CHANGE THE WAY USERS LOG ON OR OFF".
WHEN I CLICK ON THIS-- A WINDOW POPS UP AND SAYS: "CLIENT SERVICES FOR
NETWARE HAS DISABLED THE WELCOME SCREEN AND FAST USER SWITCHING TO
RESTORE THESE FEATURES, YOU MUST UNINSTALL CLIENT SERVICES FOR
NETWARE". I WANTED TO SELECT THE "USE THE WELCOME SCREEN" BUT I CANNOT
BECAUSE IT HAS BEEN DISABLED!! CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME ON TRYING TO
YOU MUST UNINSTALL CLIENT SERVICES FOR
Start->settings->control panel->network connections.
For each network connection listed:
Right click and select properties.
Highlight the Client for Netware entry
Once complete, go into the User control panel applet and you should be able
to set the Welcome screen and fast user switch options.
