Says Check printer 6A00. Any ideas?

[6A00] or Light blinking 12 times = AP position error. It's mean there is an error occurred in the AP motor during purging operation. You may need to replace Sheet feed unit, logic board or purge unit. Thank you

Canon pixma all in one mp500 error code 6A00

6A00 is a problem with the sheet feed unit.
Manually move the print head left and right, and turn the printer on/off. I would also inspect the rollers for ANY debris... it can often be fixed by using "canned air" and blowing the interior out completely.

I get an error code 6A00 and both lights are flashing on my Canon Pixma ip4300 printer

6A00 means the purge assembly on the right where the printhead parks, is stuck or jammed. Look to the right with a flashlight when the printhead is out of the way and look for paper scraps, or anything that doesn't belong.

Canon prixma has error 6A00 displayed. Turned printer off and removed plug. Message appeared again.

6A00 means that the purge assembly is jammed. You can try to clean it but the only fix I've found is to replace it. #qm2-3032-000. The part runs around $30.00.

Sir iam using cannon pixma 1p6000d photo printer , when i try to switch on my printer i am getting error message error code is 6A00

Hi
Error 6A00
The 6A00 is a Canon generic code for paper path jam.

Solution 1:
Move the printhead carriage back and forth a few times.

Solution 2:
Check the purge unit: Moving the print head assembly will not clear a purge unit if its jammed with paper, paper clips, push pins, screws, cookie crisp, flower bud pods or the like.

Solution 3:
Press the ink pads down in the purge unit.

Please come back and just gave a vote, it will gave me some satisfaction to know am helping some one so I will keep on helping.
