How 2 find mother board and its no.
Usually there are product numbers silkscreened onto the motherboard, or on a sticker on one of the slots. these numbers can be instrumental on finding the manufacturer / model of your motherboard.
As you can see in Figure 1, the motherboard is clearly an Asus P7P55-Pro Motherboard. Searching asus website, or google for Asus P7P55 pro will turn up lots of information on this board.
Older boards can be more difficult to identify, but there are usually part numbers, and board revision numbers printed on them, or a sticker on them to help the technician's identify the board.
