Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Somehow my screen shot expanded and I can no longer see the tabs at the top or anything at the very bottom. any idea how to get my screen shot back to normal again? thanks!

Try inserting your screenshot into a page of a word processor such as MSWord. The screenshot should scale to the page size.
Let me know if this works for you. Thanks.

I dont have itunes and my ipod is disabled! i dont know the password! :@ HELP ME I Tried the ipod_control thingy but there isnt even any ipod_control :s i have windows

You have to install iTunes on your PC. without it, there's no way for you to recover that iPod touch from that state. CLICK HERE to download iTunes. If an AD appears, just click SKIP THIS AD on the top-right corner.
After the download is done, install iTunes. while that is going on, do the following steps to put your iPod to DFU mode:
  1. Plug/connect your device to a computer (PC or Mac)
  2. Turn it OFF
  3. Press and hold the POWER and HOME buttons together for EXACTLY 10seconds
  4. Release the POWER button but keep holding the HOME button until the computer beeps indicating that a USB device is recognized.
  5. Open iTunes and restore your device.

Warning: Restoring will delete all data on your device but this is the only way for you to recover it.

If you don't get it at first, try holding the buttons for lesser time or see the other procedures and some screenshots on my tip (link below):

I bought an ipod from a kid and its locked dont know anything about these darn things

Hi,

To unlock it, you'll need to restore it.

First, you'll need to download iTunes onto your computer (if you haven't already). This will let you put music and other files onto the iPod.
you can download it here by typing in your email address and then clicking "download".

Once you've downloaded and installed iTunes, open it up.
Then, plug your iPod into the computer.

After a minute, your iPod should show up along the left hand side of iTunes, under "Devices" (like "zpod" in this screenshot)

4472664.png

Click on the name of the iPod (in this case, you'd click on "zpod").
This will take you to a new screen that tells you information about the iPod.
Click on the Summary tab (along the top), then click "Restore".

This will clear off all the data on the iPod, including the passcode that has it locked, and basically make the iPod like new, so you will be able to put whatever music, etc. you'd like onto the iPod.

Ipod touch second gen wont save photos

  • Shake And Save, it’s a print screen program for Windows Mobile.
  • Just shake your mobile, and the app will save the screen as image.
  • Supported 4 image formats (.Png, .Bmp, .Gif, .Jpeg)
  • Choose the format and start the ShakeAndSave, when you want to take the print screen, just shake the phone.
  • Then press “Yes” to exit or “No” to continue the screens shots.
Hold you phone tight. DONT drop your phone while taking a screenshot

Screenshots

You'll need a computer that has component or svideo inputs on the video card. Hook the PS3 up to that computer, and then it's as simple as using your print screen button on the PC and pasting it into any graphic editor program (including MS Paint).

There is no way to do that without running it through a PC, that I'm aware of.
