Question about HP PhotoSmart P1000 InkJet Printer
My printer says on the output screen printer jam I have checked everywhere and there is no jam. I have removed the back cover and rotated the wheels to free the platen and no jam. The output screen still says printer jam. what to do now?
Check your printer paper sensor it is inside the printer it might has shifted from the normal position or damaged
