Check whether it has been set to 'Wide' mode. If so, set it to normal. Refer its user manual for details. your problem is in vertical output section. the ckt which is connected to vertical output section is called feedback ckt. please check. 1 loose contact in feed back ckt. 2 mostly this problem is due to electrolytic capacitor failure. 3 vertical output IC or transistor failure. 4 check for proper supply to vertical output. 5 low value resistor failure in v/output ckt (.in rare case) IF YOU ARE NOT TECH PERSON PLEASE TAKE HELP.

hi there, you do have a vertical section problem and at the power supply section problem. do some test, check for some cold solder at the power supply section, test some electrolytic capacitor at the vertical section. ty
