The FixYa tech assistant was unable to fix the problem. I bought a new cordless keyboard to eliminate the problem.
Please do not charge my credit card.

Can someone help me. I forgot to reboot or reset my itouch 2.15

To reset the iTouch so that it connects afresh to the USB receiver, there's a small inset button below the keyboard (and another under the mouse). Try keeping it at around three feet from the receiver when you do that; sometimes, too near does not work very well, and of course too far won't work at all. For the mouse, you will probably need a pin or a ballpoint pen to be able to press the button.

The keyboard wil type anything, battries are new, reset & rebooted

hi there, make sure that the connection between the keyboard and computer is connected. If not, try bringing the keyboard closer to the receiver. If that doesn't work, then the keyboard has a physical problem.

Keyboard has stopped working. have replaced batteries, tried to reconnect wireless channel and still nothing. I then rebooted and still nothing. Is is time to give up? Also, a side note the keyboard...

I have had the same problems on an XP configuration. You need to completely uninstall the Logitech drivers and first connect a wired keyboard.
Then reboot and follow the installation instructions for the Logitech keyboard/mouse combi. This probably means running the installer and then connecting the USB device.
It can actually take a few reboots before everything works, very annoying stuff.

Computer won't recognize my Itouch.

what kind of computer do you have! Mainly Itouch is apple products, and is more compatible with apple software (mac), however i used to work at wireless store and those with pc's always experienced delays, shutoffs, or screen resolution errors when plugging in pc. First, make sure you have Xp updated, or Vista updated. Check to see if other devices work that require the same input. Than if all checks out, go to your default programs setting, turn everything to default, restart computer and Plug it in! should work.

Mouse and keyboard aren't working

have you tried downloading a newer driver for your computer? you might have to find drivers for both the mouse and your key board. make sure your numlocks is on for the keyboard to work, and make sure that in your control panel under hardware and sound check their for your mouse connections.

I need to locate the reset button on my itouch cordless keyboard

look at the side on the right of the keyboard just beneath the grey area. Its a round grey button with no labelling. Press the connect button on the IR module or the itouch icon on your system tray then press this button.

Logitech iTouch key board

Have you replace the batteries? If so try the following.
Normal 0 Press the Receiver button (and the lights will start flashing.
Then if the Keyboard isn't working, press the small RESET/CONNECT button on the back of the board to connect the keyboard to the receiver.

If the MOUSE isn’t working, push the small RESET/CONNECT button on the back of the mouse to connect to the receiver. Then they should work okay.
Hope this helps. Bud
