Hey dude
I have this 20GB jnc mp3/movie player and it is giving me problems but the biggest problem is the fact that it is off completely. 3 days back I was listening to it and I went to this dudes house and inserted it into his computer and it never came on and didn't respond to the computer at all. I suppose it has to do with the fact that he has a virus but after that it never went on. I also have been trying to connect it to the computer but nothing happens, the computer just doesn't react to it.
Please help me out dude.
