Video being captured but no audio!

Hi Maybe some one can help with this ! I got the softwares installed a)ShowBiz DVD b)QuikDVD ( arc Soft) That came with the device " SmartDisk VideoSafe The Problem that I am having is when trying to capture from my video camera,I can get the video ( not the best quality ) but no audio ! so I was wondering if I am missing some settings ... Thanks for all your help ! Marius where can I get the driver for this --purchased the device and received two programs --but no drivers --my computer will not reconize this divice
