I had to do a system recovery on my computer and when I tried to reinstall ATT Yahoo the computer crashes whenever I plug the 2Wire USB wireless adapter into the USB port. Once I unplug the adapter and reboot the computer everything is fine until I attempt to plug in the wireless adapter. Within 5 seconds a blue error page comes up stating that Windows needed to be shut down. Could it be a bad USB cable? It has worked fine since it was installed 4 years ago. I have the same 2wire adapter. I did a system recover on my pc and lost all my files including the 2wire driver. After talking to about 100 people at ATT Uverse we figured out the the driver is missing and needs to be uploaded. I was told by a tech that I could download the driver from the website and have not had any luck. Another tech told me that I can just buy another adapter from Best Buy but I can't find it there. Help! I need my internet and also, how can I recover all my missing files?
