My Iphone has no more service and is shut off.. but it has been working for sevral months now n now it is telling me that it is disabeld n try again in like 458765 minutes? how is this possible n i calld the iphone help thing n they told me since my iphone is no longer in at&t service that they can not help me.. help?
It sounds like, to me that at&t have shut off service to you for some reason and your sim has been blocked.Apple cannot do anything about this as it is the responsibility of your service provider to deal with it. Call them up!

I recomend make a jailbrake and unlock if you want to change operator at&t to use another sim card....
other wise, you must to RESTART in iTunes to recover the original factory configuration, and be happy.
find websites or forums ...there is a lot
sorry my english

Put the iPhone in recovery mode, like this
1)Shut down the iPhone fully
2) After iPhone is off, hold the home button (Circle button at the bottom of the screen), and while holding the home button plug in the USB cable, make sure the other end is connected to the Computer.
3) Restore the whole thing
>>>OR YOU COULD WAIT THAT AMOUNT OF TIME AND THEN RESTORE THE iPHONE<<<
****iPhone gets disabled when you put to much wrong passcode, and each time you put in the wrong code, the wait time increases***

Did u buy it from at&t or some random joe?
if the latter it could of been reported stolen
if the former then, i would put the phone into dfu mode, then restore to a firmware,
BUT, i cannot stress this enough
it will WIPE everything off, so u need a working backup beforehand if possible
cant be held responsible though,
i am giving you the advice what worked for me.
ive a 3g

Put iPhone in DFU mode by plugging th iPhone into the computer and turning it off. When it has shut off completely, hold the home and power button down simultaneously for 10 seconds, then release only the power button and continue to hold the home button for 10 more seconds. iPhone will recognize the phone in recovery mode. Click restore and the phone will return t0 factory settings

Turn off the phone
hold the home button while turning the phone on.
then check out jaibreak method if you are not on AT&T anymore.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
