Ok, i just realized you stated that you get no stand by light. this is a dead power supply board. you will need to replace this power board in order to restore proper function in this unit.

I have some bad news concerning the power board. this board has been discontinued. This exclusive Samsung replacement part is no longer available.

I hate to pass on bad news but, this part has been pulled. this set is quite young and, the manufacture may be able to special order this from a foreign terminal in this case. all of the suppliers i have located, do not have this board in stock and it is tagged as discontinued.

    I would contact Samsung.

The problem with my samsung model hl-t5076s there is three flashing lights one red an two green. The red light flashing is called stand by temp an the two other green light one is time an one is lamp

Those blinks [flashes] are fault indication (Error Codes). From the number of blinks occur at one time switch ON, you can get an idea about the faulty circuit section inside it. This will make repair easy. These are called blinking codes. Make sure about the exact number of blinking of the standby/power LED, by switching On & OFF the set, for at least two times. Count it carefully. If you wish to get some details, check the site linked here. It has details about blinking codes, and fault locating procedure, to many popular brand TVs and other devices.
If blinks continue without any pause, the main board is faulty.
Search the site by type in the "brand name" to your device, in the "Search box at the top right of the display window of the Homepage" to get gathered related posts.

It is normal. This is the STANDBY light. It shows that the power cord is plugged in and there is power being supplied to the tv. This is necessary to operate the remote control circuit so that you can turn it back on with the remote.

Post back if this was helpful.

Samsung HL-T5076S Tv blows bulbs about once a month

You're definitely not having a lamp problem. It can be your ballast not providing your lamp with the correct amount of voltage. Lamps should last a minimum of 1 to 3 yrs. specially if you bought a Philips lamp.
Look into your ballast. Samsung has a history with this ballast.

I have samsung HL-T5076S, it blows bulb every three months or so. Its getting expensive, can you help?

Bulb life of only 3 months! You could get a bad bulb, that is possible... but if this has happened more than once, you need to look for the cause. You could have poor air flow due to dust on the cooling fans or vents. Another cause could be the lamp ballast. It supplies the lamp with power. If it is malfunctioning, it could cause the lamp to fail prematurely. If you want to dig into the ballast yourself, post back. We can get you through this repair. I hope this helps.
