Pull it out with a pair of tweezers and then clean the rollers from where the paper goes in. clean the carriage rod(metallic rod along which cartridges move)with alcohol. If this does not work that means that your pick assembly of your printer is dyiing
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

Unplug the printer from the power source to turn it off. Open the printer cover to access the cartridge area. If you see the paper jam, slowly and carefully pull the paper out of the printer. Avoid tearing the paper or avoid leaving torn pieces in the printer. This will cause future paper jams in the printer.
When all is clear, re-plug the printer into the power source. Load some paper and try to print again.
How to clear and avoid paper jams:
To clear the paper path:
1 Pull firmly on the paper to remove it. If you cannot reach the paper because it is too far into the printer, lift the
scanner unit to open the printer.
2 Pull the paper out.
3 Close the scanner unit.
4 Press check.
5 Reprint any missing pages.
To avoid paper jams, do not force paper into the printer.

1. Protect yourself from shock. Disconnect the power cord from
the back of the Canon Inkjet Printer. This is an important step when
working inside ANY electronic device.
Unhinge the back access panel of the printer. It seems
repetitive to say this, but this door will be in the BACK of the
Look through the opened back panel and look for paper. Remove
any and all paper you find jammed there.
Close the back access panel. Make sure that it latches into
place and looks the same way that it did before you opened it.
Find the front or top access panel. This is the panel you
would lift to change ink cartridges. Open this access panel. If the
carriage that holds the ink cartridges moves, then you forgot to unplug
the printer, go back and do that now. Look for paper that may be jammed
in this area of the printer.
Remove any paper you find jammed here. When pulling from the
front there will be resistance from the paper feeder. Pull slowly or the
paper will rip and create a more stressful problem.
Close the front access panel. Make sure that it falls or
latches back in place. It should look the same way that it did before
you opened it.
Plug the printer's power cord into the wall outlet, and
attempt to print again. If the printer prints the job, then you have successfully
removed the paper jam.
When working with any printer it's inevitable that you'll encounter a paper jam. Below are the steps you'll want to follow when this occurs.
Turn off the printer.
Inspect the location or tray the printed paper ejects to. If the stuck paper is visible manually remove it.
Remove all paper trays and any paper that may be stuck between the tray and the printer. If the stuck paper is visible manually remove it.
Open the printer door that allows you access to the printer ink cartridges or toner and look for any stuck paper. If the stuck paper is visible manually remove it.
Turn the printer back on. If you continue to receive a printer jam error try repeating the above steps again. If issue still persist and you see no paper that is stuck in the printer it's likely your printer is experiencing another hardware issues and we suggest contacting the printer manufacturer for additional assistance and/or repair.
To manually remove paper pull on the paper with both hands being careful not to tear the paper while pulling it. If you're unable to get to an edge of the paper that allows you to pull it you may need to manually rotate the gears that feed the paper through the printer.
Paper jams can be tricky to solve. The paper is usually stuck inside the printer mechanism so even if there is no visible paper jam, you will still get the paper jam error. Try this:
1. Turn off your printer
2. Open all trays and remove any paper stuck there
3. Locate the button to open the printer, open it and remove any paper stuck there also.
4. Repeate the above step for all buttons that you can find to access the inside of the printer
5. Close all doors and put back all trays
6. Turn on your printer

behind the printer there is the tray that can be opened easily to check if the printer is jammed in or the paper feed sensor is stuck up.just open the back tray of your printer and check.
get back if you require more assistance on this.
Unplug the power cord then put it back up. This restarts the printer again in case the on/off button does not work to turn the printer off. Then check if there's a paper jam. To do this open the scanner lid and also the glass lid, just the way you access the inks when replacing them. Check to see if there's any paper stuck underneath the inks by the printer rollers along the paper path.
. There are rollers that cling on to the paper and move it through
the machine. When the rollers are worn down they do not grip the paper. For a
short fix you can get something rough like sandpaper, brillo pad, etc, and
gently scratch the rollers to give them some traction. This will temporarily
solve your problem until you can get the rollers replaced.
The paper gets stuck in the roller and is not drawn up to the drum. The beginning of the problem started when the paper was never pulled from the drawer. When I open the paper drawer after a Paper Jam error, the paper is bent backward but still detached. Now it is drawn in but sticks.....margoa
