Question about Logitech Harmony 1000 LCD Touchscreen Remote Control
Remote seems not to speak to TV or Cable box... can't change channels, no volume control from remote, sound continues after TV turned off; been reprogrammed many times, reset (taking battery out, etc.) updated, even Firmware downloaded and installed, to no avail. Logitech says can't help because out of warranty.
Anyone have any answers?
Email in they will help you there. I have never been turned down by them! i have been out of warranty for about a year
