Question about GE Nautilus 24" Built-in Dishwasher
I place the dishwasher packet in the receptacle and close the cover. The cycle runs and the packet somehow ends up, unused, on the bottom of the dishwasher.
Some brands of these soap packets need to be opened and the wrapper thrown away, they are not designed to dissolve. I think a dead give away is if the packet has printing on it, almost certainly it needs to be removed and the soap "block" placed in the unit.
