Do you know the print speed that you are using? I would slow it down to about 7 ips and adjust the Darkness until you are happy. Some companies want all this speed and the machine cannot do a good job at high speeds (10 ips). If you are not able to over-ride their speed, call them. It will increase your print quality a great deal.
The print speed is the second setting on the menu. Don't forget to save the settings when you are finished (use "Permanent"). Good luck!

My printer s4m is printing one side of the label the alignment is far right on the label

Check the size of the label that you are using if you are using label design software. If you are using another software, check your left margin setting. Hope this helps!

Is it possible to import data from excel into the labelprinter Zebra S4M?

You can print a text from XL, but you owuld have to use a page set up that is the same as the label size, through a Zebra or Seagull driver.

Zebra s4m printer can't set up the height to be .375 it goes to .37 are these labels just not compatible?

As long as your printer front panel setup is set to AT LEAST your label height, you should be fine. You set up your EXACT height in your label software page layout.

Set up the printer for 1 inch height, and the gap sensor will work fine. Just make sure your printer driver is also set up for 1 inch, and make your label creator software page layout exact.

I am using a S4m printer to print on non zebra labels, by direct printing ( not thermal paper) I cant get what i'm printing to print in the middle of the page. I have tried every possible setting but I...

You need to make sure the printer is calibrated correctly. If you press the feed key, does one label come out and stop at the gap? Do the labels have a black mark on the back of the liner? This would tell us if the printer is set correctly. (Mark or gap). We need to make sure the labels are loaded correctly and the printer is set correctly. Then we move to driver and software settings. I have 10 years experience working for Zebra, so I will get you the resolution once we determine the current setup.

S4M doesn´t print

The S4M comes with either EPL or ZPL programming language installed. (installed at factory) The S600 is a ZPL only printer. Check that you have correctly specified the S4M as a ZPL printer. Print a config label to check. If it is set as an EPL printer contact your supplier and ask him to download the correct programming language. It should only take a competent engineer about ten minutes (If he knows what he is doing)

Printing every third labels ---> not every one:(

Sounds like the label height is set too high. Go into Printer Preferences in Windows and change the height dimension to match the size of the label you are using.
