Question about Lexmark X2500 All-In-One Printer
I tried to install a new ink cartridge, and the message I get says "incorrect cartridge". I'm using a Lexmark cartridge that says is will refill to the X3400 series and I know I'm putting it in correctly. When I pop the old cartridge back in that came with the printer I don't get that message and it tries to print a test page, but says it's out of ink. I bought the cartridge back in May anticipating needing a new one at some point and wanted to be prepared so I don't know if I can take it back. I have no idea how to trouble shoot this. Any suggestions? Can anyone tell me how to fix this problem?
