Question about Panasonic KX-TS4100B Corded Phone
We have 6 Panasonic KX-TS4100 4 line phones and when a call rings on line 4 and you try to transfer it nothing happens. Also if you put the call on hold and answer it from another phone the first one remains on hold even after the call has ended.
This is happening on all phones. It may also happen on line 3 but we have that line connected to our fax machine and do not use it as often.
It sounds like you need to have your vendor come out and program your phone system to ring on line 4 for whatever phones you think you need access.
as for the hold...seems as if you are choosing the individual hold on the phone and not the system hold. Therefore you can only pick up from the original phone.
