Reconnecting all the wires to the motherboard

I unplugged all the wiring from my motherboard when I was planning on selling my tower... now that I decided to keep it, I don't know where all the wires go... is there anyway to get schematics that would tell me where to plug in all the wiring to make sure it is working properly?
