Question about GE Refrigerators
I have a GE Profile Fridge - Model PDS22MFSAWW - 2 Problems with it. 1. Constant clicking from the back - like the unit is turning off and on every second. 2. Temp controls don't change anything - digital display goes blank after setting them
Yeah, same problem. There are two capacitors that seem to be prone to going out. You can replace the main board, or (if you can solder) replace the two capacitors with slightly larger ones (radio shack mdl number 272-1030 works) just remember to bend them away from the heat sink if you go that route.

I had the same problem. The "motherboard" in the rear of the fridge was bad. I could see a resistor was burned on it. I replaced the board (found it online) and the problem was fixed.
