Scottish power has no indemity scheme so how do i get refund for a direct debit.

if you have had a direct debit action for no legal obligation , you are entitled to a refund of that money
Call and ask for it to be refunded ( reverse transfer)
If that is not possible , get a lawyer involved as it amounts to theft by a manager and he is accountable in law for the compan'y actions

Should I keep low balance on my credit cards?

it always a good idea to keep a low balance on a credit card,, a low balance makes it easier to pay off & keep in good standing with the ones who issued the card, and also gives you a higher credit score keeping the balance paid off

Hi, My laptop is completely messed up, I can't finish the instalation. After a few minutes he just goes off. I think the main problem is the fan wich may be broken. What can I do? Don't have money to let...

Well not much help can be given there. If you don't have money to replace the fan, I guess you'll have to keep the laptop as it is. however you might want to just ask your friends who might have a fan to spare.

Verizon keep charging for MBs I do not use. The

Have them block the data feature from your line of service. They should have offered to do this for you the first time you called regarding data usage you denied using. Some phones (what is your phone), depending on their type and capabilities, will access the web whether you tell them to or not. If you use picture mail, you would likely lose this ability when you block data (I am not 100% familiar with Verizon's billing system capabilities so maybe not). If this does not solve the issue then they should reset the password for your data resource. Sometimes if you get a recycled phone number you may incur data charges from recurring data instances that were initiated by the previous owner of that number. Resetting the resource password will stop these charges. If these two options are not available to you, they should be crediting your account provide you truely arent using these services.
