Hi,I brought yesterday a Gucci Pantacon that's mechanic, in this morning I wanted to change the time and sadenly the mechanic thing stop moving when I was shaking the watch!! Any solution please?

I hope you did not shake it too bad. If I had a new watch and it stopped working O would go straight back to the shop. I'm must be defect, or it is not an automatic and you should try to wind it up.

Skagen watch date won't automatically change.

That sounds like a bad circut so you are going to need a service. Should cost between $50-$100 therefore you may want to consider replaceing it as the repair costs would be close to the replacement costs.

My watch is never right

Exactly what Kind of watch do you have?
Is it a quartz or automatic?
In either case, from your description it sounds like you will need to take your watch in for repair. The difference is whether or not it's worth it. Personally I would recommend fixing almost any automatic. Quartz watches are a different story. Although they can be repaired as well.

Find a repritable jewelers and inquire about who does their watch repairs.
If you would like more specific details please respond with the make and model of your watch.

Hope this helps.

Condensation in crystal of eco watch

If there is water in the watch, it's going to quit working sooner or later. If sooner, then the watch (at least the back) will have to be opened anyway. If later, then there will likely be some rust that could cause the watch to never work again.

In the meantime, I'd advise putting the watch near some dry heat -- like a radiant room heater, or maybe a hair dryer. Don't "burn it up" trying to dry out the water. You don't want the crystal to melt, etc.

Water in a watch is bad. The best solution would be to have it repaired now.

I hope this helps!

Battery Not Working

Take your watch to a reputable watch repair ( NOT A JEWELER) you should be able to find one in the phone book. The price (depending on where you live) should be between $8.95 and $12.95. Tell the store to CHECK your battery, NOT replace it at first because that is exactly what they will do , and sometimes it"s not the battery that is bad . You may a mechanical problem and when you change the battery, it will run good for about 3 weeks and than it will go back to having the same problems again and you've just waisted your money. If you have anymore question, please feel free to ask, I will be glad to help you. Good Luck!!

Try to use a piece of tape to cover on the battery, this is a way to do the insulation to prevent bad contact.
