Problem for Kenmore Refrigerators

Kenmore Dehumidifier not collecting water

The unit fan is working and the compressor kicks in. All controls are working. The capillary tube get cold but the other parts of the suction tube and the coils do not.

The compressor gets real hot. No noise coming from the unit.
