Copied files, not to be found once mp3 player is turned off.

Plug in your mp3 player and remove any music or what ever you have on it then open explorer and click on tools and then folder options and then view click on don't show hidden files hit okay... Then check your mp3 player for a USB mode make it mtp or msc...Mtp makes it a mp3 player Msc makes it a disk drive it doesn't matter which now start Dragging and dropping your music in to your mp3 player.................When you put files which are hidden in the player the can't be seen by the player

Cant remove songs from sansa

Try enabling hidden files and folders on your PC.

SanDisk has the MUSIC folder(s) hidden by default.

Best of Luck.

Deleting songs

Chances are that you are using windows xp. open up your sansa folder to where it says pictuer, movies, ect. look at the picture to see what to do. In your player folder click tools --> folder options --> View. Under hidden files and folders click 'show hidden files and folders, click ok. The music folder would now show up where the videos and pictures are. Simply open the music folder and delete the ones you do not want. By default the songs are sorted by artist --> album --> song.
