How to repair a F 11 fault on a DYSON CR01 flow check

When turned on programmed and started. It fills with a little bit of water the drum does not turn, it empties and displays F11 fault notice. I have f11 coming up on the programmer. Tried the Temp and Soil Type button approach but I do not get any further than that it part fills with water and then stops. It still shows Fault F11. I need more info.

f11 fault code is a problem with the main power board (could be blown fuse) or a blown board check the fuse the board is behind the back plate in the bottem right corner (looking from the back of the machine.(!unplug before you take apart!)
