SOURCE: Paper not feeding properly, nothing jammed as I have checked. Loading tray having problems.

Check to see if the printer is actively trying to feed the paper. If you hear it trying to feed and see the wheels turning, but the paper won't feed, check to see if a screw securing the feed wheel has come loose. If you hear the sound, but nothing moves to pull the paper in, then you probably have a bad printer. They're too cheap to replace to bother fixing - so get a new one.

The pickup rollers are worn out. Replace them and your problem will be gone. While you are sourcing them, use some alcohol. This may give them a little more life.

Mx2600n is having paper jam BTW the black and white roller before the Fuser unit

Hi,
There are a number of reasons why the paper would jam at registration. First off, if the paper is completely flat & straight it is probably a feed issue or paper detect issue. There are 2 little black photo reflectors before the rollers in the centre of the feed path. These sensors can get covered with paper dust & may need cleaning. Also try feeding paper from the manual feed tray & see if it jams. If you have jams from both cassette's & manual feed then its most likely a sensor of feed issue. If its from one tray only then the sensors in the vertical path may be dusty with paper dust or worn pick up & feed tyres. There is also an issue with the feed clutches in the paper pick up drive unit which can fail & have been upgraded.
Secondly, if the paper is Z folded at the registration rollers but before the fuser then it could be the primary bed drive gear. This gear also drives the secondary belt unit located in the right hand door assembly.
Hope this helps.
Dave.

Make sure everything is clean. Please refer to your manual for cleaning instructions; or download a new manual at http://www.okidata.com/ .

Below are how to clear a jam instructions:
How to remove jammed paper 28/07/2013
Paper handling is key to Ensure trouble-free printing. However, paper jams sometime Occur.
You can improve feeding and Avoid paper jams in your OKI printer, by following these simple steps:
Loading the Paper: When loading paper, fan the stack of paper before placing it in the tray. This will shake out any paper dust and reduce any static in the paper, two major causes of paper mis-feeds.
- Place the paper in the tray under the tabs.
- Do not fill above the "PAPER FULL" mark.
- Guides Adjust the tray for the correct paper size.
Recommended Media: Use paper specified for the printer
When printing on heavy / thick types of paper, it is best to use the manual feed tray at the front of the printer. This will Provide a straighter paper path to Prevent potential paper jams.
Cleaning: Periodically wipe the rubber rollers inside the area That holds the paper tray with a soft cloth.
dust Paper and simple wear may cause these rubber rollers to slip and not feed the paper properly.

HP p2015dn I can't find error 13.000 in the manual

13.XX error msg almost always refers to a paper jam. Paper jam can be an actual paper jam, can be a sensor that is broke or stuck in the wrong position, Could also be a false paper jam. Printer tries to feed paper, paper never feeds, causing the paper path sensor to say "hey, that sheet of paper never reached me, so it must have jammed somewhere. Check the paper path for a paper or piece of paper.

How to load evelopes HL 2140

Brother Hl 2140 Printing on thick paper, labels and envelopes 2
When the back output tray is pulled down, the printer has a straight paper path from the manual feed slot through to the back of the printer. Use this paper feed and output method when you want to print on thick paper, labels or envelopes.

Open the back cover

Open the manual feed slot cover.

Using both hands, slide the manual feed slot paper guides to the width of the paper that you are going to use.

Using both hands, put one piece of paper or one envelope in the manual feed slot until the front edge of the paper or envelope touches the paper feed roller. When you feel the machine pull in the paper, let go.

• Put the paper into the manual feed slot with the side to be printed face up.
• Make sure that the paper or envelope is straight and in the proper position on the manual feed slot. If it is not, the paper or the envelope may not be fed properly, resulting in a skewed printout or a paper jam.
• Do not put more than one piece of paper in the manual feed slot at any one time, as it may cause a jam.
• If you put any Media (paper, envelope and so on) in the manual feed slot before the printer is in the Ready state, the media may be ejected without being printed on.

When trying to print getting error Paper Jam in Manual Feeder. There is no Jam...we tap the side of the machine and it prints....any Ideas on what causes this to happen?

There is likely a loose connection going to the manual feed paper sensor.
The printer thinks there's paper in the manual feed, but of course since there isn't any paper there, when it tries to feed the paper in from the manual feed, the next paper sensor is not tripped, so it assumes there is a jam in the manual feed.
Start testing at the manual feed sensor, and work your way back to the board it connects to.
It may be the sensor itself just needs to be cleaned - these sensors are usually optical, and spraying canned air at it will often fix it up.
Also, make sure the lever that trips the sensor isn't sticking after using the manual feed.

My 1900 printer power is on and flashing slowly and the paper/garbage light is on and not flashing.

Hello.

You most likely have a paper jam or a paper feeding problem. Paper may have jammed in the sheet feeder, manual feed slot, or roll paper slot.

Sheet Feeder or Manual Feed Slot: Press the
paper button to eject any jammed sheets, then open
the printer cover and remove any paper jammed inside.
Press the paper button again to clear the error.

Hope this helps.

Paper jam message, but actually no paper jam

1. Turn the printer off and open the access cover.
2. Look for any obstructions in the paper path and remove them if necessary. (It is possible to move the carrier assembly with the power off.)
3. Turn the printer on, load some paper, and press the Form Feed button.

4. Watch the paper as it feeds through and try to determine where the jam is occurring.
5. Check to see if all the rollers are turning.

If all the rollers are turning, there may be something in the feed path that you can't see. Go to step 6.
If not, there is probably a feed motor or a gear problem and the printer may require service.
6. If the paper is jamming under the carrier assembly, you may be able to fix it using the manual feed slot.
7. Turn the printer off.
8. Take a #10 envelope and feed it through the left side of the manual feed slot until it comes right through the printer to the back of the exit rollers.
9. Move it up and down first, and then slowly move it over to the right side. If something is stuck under the black guide plate, this may work it loose.
