the problem is in the power supply most likely. The overvoltage protect circuit is causing you not to be able to turn the tv on. This is common to all tv's. Solution unfortuantely is get another tv unless you know someone who can either work on or replace the internal power supply

Sounds like a power supply issue. order a new power supply or trouble-shoot the current. Look for any capacitors that are bulged up on the top and not flat.

The blink code means that something on the board is over current/over voltage. It could be an overload of the +5 line (A/B boards) or the +5 line is shorted.

The TV needs to be opened up and the boards checked. You may be lucky and only need a thermal fuse. Also check your bulb.
