There is too much noise on the line
for a valid connection between two fax machines to complete. The noise
problem might go away over time.
Solution
Retry
the fax reception at a different time when telephone line conditions
have improved. Call the telephone provider if line conditions fail to
improve.
Error 403: Definition
During a V.34 transmission, the
local machine is unable to connect (handshake) with the remote machine
and is consequently unable to send a T30 frame. This occurs when the
line is disconnected or if line conditions degrade during the session.
Solutions
Remove any pass-through devices from the phone line, and then try the fax again.
Confirm that the fax/phone cable is no longer than required, and that
it does not pass near unshielded electric motors such as fans, heaters,
or household appliances.
Try to send the fax at a different time when telephone line conditions have improved.

I bought a Lexmark x2500 printer about 6 months ago...After hours of talking to Lexmark support and doing research on my own, it has never printed...It is a all-in=one and I know the printer works because I can put a document into the scanner and make a copy of it...When I try to print, it says "problem communicating with the printer".It is connected by a usb....Can you solve this problem? Thanks, Diane
