Question about Dell Computers & Internet
Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39) The dvd dos not show in my computer either?
In Device Manager, right-click on your DVD drive and select Uninstall. Reboot the computer. It should automatically detect the drive in the system and load the proper drivers for it when it restarts. Check the status again and let me know if it loaded the drivers properly or not.
