The air conditioner has a drain hose somewhere at the back , and when this is clogged water from condensation is coming out through the fan.

To start cut power to the unit immediately , using the unit in this conditions is an hazard and can cause more serious damage to the internal parts.

If you can find the drain hole, check for blockage in there, after disconnecting the unit from power.

If you do not find the drain line, let me know , I will look for a diagram for this specific model.

Thanks.

Window air conditioner is spitting water

Hello, usually a window AC will spit water if the unit is not tilted back or if the drain is backed up, if the unit is level try tilting it back it the window somewhat. Also, if the unit does have a drain make sure it is not blocked.

Water in air conditioner

A lot of the newer window units design the outside fan to pickup the condensate water and sling it onto the coil. The evaporative effect makes the unit run more efficiently. They ususally don't spit, but if the unit is running well, otherwise, I would't worry about it.

Condensation buildup

Make sure the unit tilts towards the outside. If it's installed level or tilted toward front it will not drain properly.

AC will not work after being cleaned

You are going to have to let it dry very well. That's about all you can do at this point, as something electrical has gotten wet, and its tripping the unit to keep from burning out a part. Its just a matter of wait. wait, and so on. It will start again.

Sears Plasmaire spits water into room

It's probably just holding water somewhere and getting thrown out. I've seen people drill holes on the bottoms to drain water quicker.

Droplets of water are coming from the vents and it's making a noise like something is rattling around inside. What could this be?

The problem with this unit is that the evaporator, or the part of the air conditioner that 'creates' the colder air is not draining correctly. Pertaining to a window unit, it needs to be installed correctly with the correct amount of tilt toward outside, to allow the evaporator condensation water to drain. You may also want to check to make sure there aren't any plugged drain holes in the air conditioner housing.

The rattling you hear is most likely the blower fan spinning against the held water inside the unit.

I hope this helps! :)

check the filter located behind the front panel it usually snaps out also make sure the drain holes on the out side bottom of unit are not stopped up and that the unit is leaned back slightly for drainage freezing is a sign of low air flow or low on freon the coil actually gets colder when freon starts to leak out hope this helps with your problem

Troubleshooting

first I would check your air conditioner to see if it is tilted backwards it should drain to the back (outside) . also check to see if the evaporator tray is clear of debris. if it is pluged up water may back up.. let me know and if this don't help we can go deeper..Thanks
