Question about Worx 10" 18v 2 In 1 Grass Trimmer/In Line Edger
If you have not had a solution by now (I know it's been a month since your post...), I just read on another help site that by cleaning the exhaust port would solve the problem. That port gets gunked up and the motor won't work if it can't "exhale" correctly. Good luck.

Try cleaning the screen that is located behind the spark arrestor screen cover. This is located on the muffler. Soak it with gasoline and clean it with a wire brush.

If the plug is wet it is likely fouled. Install a new plug and it should fire up. If it sits for a week or more be sure you shake it before starting to remix any fuel / oil separation that may have occurred in the tank.
If it still doesn't start you need to make sure you are getting spark. You need air fuel and spark to run. With a wet plug we know you are getting air so it sounds like you're missing spark. New plug should fix you up. If not then look for a frayed or broken wire from the kill switch and check the switch itself.
Hope this helps out.
