Question about HP Officejet J5780 All-In-One InkJet Printer
Is it possible to use the HP J5780 scanner when it is hooked up via a print server? When I go to scan I get "An error occured with the scanning device. Please ensure that the scanning device is connected properly and try again." Is there not somewhere where you can enter the IP to enable this? Thanks, Kevin when i hit scan to i get an error message that tells me to refer to devise documentation for trouble shooting. i don't have anything like that. any ideas how i get it to scan?
