Question about HP (C1700-60308) (C170060308)
I can't seem to get the printer colors in my HP C1700 printer to calibrate. I get blues, yellows, and greens ok, but no red. The reds are always a form of pink. The ink cartridges are new. Maybe I need to replace the print heads? (The display thing is broken and apparently you can't order a new part to replace it, so I can't read any messages.)
Hi....take it to a tech to check about the system control chip... the control chip would have gone bad... and they will replace u with a new chip..or else Try manually moving the head carriage back and forth a few times!
Also check, if there isn't some piece of paper lodged inside, if yes try to remove it carefully!..
these are the possible solutions u can try out...
