Question about HP LaserJet 1022 Printer
My HP Laserjet 1022 sends out a blank page. I changed the ink cartridge but that didn't fix the problem. Any ideas?
It is possible that you have the wrong driver installed. You may try removing the printer and reinstalling it using the driver on the disk that came with the device.
Also, if you have recently replaced the toner cartridge verify that you removed the protective tape that is supposed to be removed before placing the toner cartridge in the machine.
Finally, if you are using Vista or an operating system other than Windows XP, you should check HP's website to determine if there is updated software for your operating system.
