I have a problem for Photocopy machine canon ir7095, the problem, when i start the machine there is error code come E102-01. PLEASE HELP, Thank you
E102 - A read error has occurred in relation to the laser scanner unit EEPROM data.
theres a good chance that what is needed here is the laser scanner unit has a Beam Detect mirror and sensor and after time gets coated with foreign particles(dust) cleaning these mirrors/sensors will probably allow the unit to work again- this job should only be undertaken by a qualified service personnel, as more damage than good could be caused. if the laser scanner unit appears clean then iut will need replacing.

Check the main cooling fan (fm1) in the rear center of the copier. is it running? if not see if it is plugged in. I had a kid stick a sucker stick in the fan causing the same problem.

Hi this is only indicating a dirty waste toner bottle neck.
It is easy to solve.
Take a star screwdriver, remove the one screw of the left lower panel. You will find the panel at the left-lower side of the machine, the side were you have to open to remove paper jams on the fixing side of the machine.
After removing that panel, remove the bottle remove the toner inside the bottle clean the NECK of the bottle inside and outside and put the bottle back in it's place.Put the panel back and switch machine on and off.
THIS WORKS ALWAYS
SOURCE: my canon mp830 had an error code 6500. I turned it
The 6500 error code is a logic board error code. Sounds like it needs new logic board assembly.

this is a tray 1 lift up failure code pull the paper tray out and check to see if some torn paper is blocking the lift sensor look around where the paper is fed into the feed plates if not it could be a failed lift motor or sensor and they will need to be replaced
