Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

I'm not sure what the original problem was - you don't necessarily need the install CD if you are running Windows XP. If you have Windows Media Player 11, reformat the player inside Windows Media Player, and then restart your computer. Should be working again upon restart. Also, follow the recovery instructions on the Sansa website - I did something simple like pushing the volume + button, or the play button (can't remember which), and Windows recovered the player, and read it as a Sansa player again. Worked after a bit of trouble

Lost driver

The disk had Rhapsody and / or Best Buy Software and Sansa Media Converter. Which can be downloaded from www.Rhapsody.com and the Sansa media Converter is here; http://www.sandiskthailand.com/images/SansaMediaConverter.zip It did not contain any drivers. As long as you have Windows XP / SP2, and Windows Media Player 10 or higher, you will not need anything off of the disk. Best of Luck.
