First open the "System" blade in the Xbox 360 dashboard, then go to memory, and press Y on the hard drive to open the "Device Options" menu. Then press the following sequence of buttons: X, X, LB, RB, X, X. You will be asked if you want to perform maintenance on your hard drive and delete all patches. Choose yes. Then To reinstall the patch, just sign into Xbox Live again and start the game.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

You might need an update from xbox live. If there is one available you'll have to delete any saved games and start fresh. The original release contains a glitch that the update should fix but if you keep playing on a saved game the glitch will persist.

How do i download the latest fix for Fallout New Vegas, for Xbox 360

you need to go on xbox live with the game in the disk tray and if there is an update available it will notify you and ask you to download it. Bethesda/Obsidian has a patch which they have announced to come out sometime next week which will fix a large number of software problems

Where can i get a product key for fallout 3

If you are looking for expansion pack product key you are going to have to purchase the expansion packs with microsoft points while signed into a xbox gold membership account or the best solution if you don't play live is to downright mod your system a good website to help is http://www.se7ensins.com/

Fallout 3 freezing

Well your disc is officially garbage because it's for sure scratched. Don't bother trying to fix your game disc. Do what I did. Go to sellitbroken.com and sell your game to them. They will give you good money for it.

My Fallout 3 game freezes when i'm trying to exit the elevator at Tenpenny Tower. What do I do ?

Hopefully you have a decent save a while back.

Fallout 3 can be a B-word when it comes to freezing up.

Fallout 3 Freezing Problems???

Fallout 3 freezing is an unfortunately common problem. A lot of people have reported that clearing the game cache on your 360 will fix it, so that's what I would suggest you try first.

To do this:
  1. start up your 360, then take out the Fallout 3 game disc.
  2. Hold down the A button on the Player 1 controller
  3. Put Fallout 3 in your 360, then load the game
If this doesn't fix it, the next thing you could try is to clear the system cache. This will clear the entire cache for your 360, including the automatic updates (though downloaded content, save files, and user dats will be untouched).

To do this:
  1. Navigate to System > Memory
  2. Highlight the hard disk in the list and press Y
  3. Press X, X, LB, RB, X, X
If done right, you should see a message asking, "perform system maintenance?" Proceed with this, and it will clear all the cache data out and revert Fallout 3 back to version 1.0 (it should ask you to update once you load the game)

Hope this helps - I've had my share of frustration with Fallout 3 glitches.

-Nick F.
