The little flame which burns constantly in the ascot gas heater gets blown out by the wind
Judging by the fact that the wind and rain are a factor here I would recommend that you build an enclosure around this unit. as long as you leave about 6 inches all the way around the water heater and put a large vent in the door then an enclosure is a good idea. Hope this helps. Good luck.
