W880 hi i hardly can hear the sound of persons who call me the sound of phone speaker is very low

What phone do you have?
On most phones there are buttons on the side to adjust volume.
There are also options for volume in your device's settings, under sound.
If it is hard to hear someone during a call you can turn on speaker mode which will make the sound a lot louder.

Dan if I were you I would simply return it because the sound shouldn't be so low.

Hallo! If u dont hear at all, there can be two reasons: first, the speaker is dead and need to change, that is 90% probability. And second, it can be flat problem. In this case, u can check while u call operator, to open/close the phone lightly. If the sound appear/disappear, it is the flat. If u can hear something, but very low, take a DRY toothbrushand clean the whales of the speaker. If there is a sound with z-z-z, u must change the speaker.

In this case check the volume of you're Handheld, If it is low, Increase the volume and check still if it is not working you need to walk into the service center to check the speaker of you're Handheld.

replaced the speaker in the ear piece this will correct the problem

I had the same problem with that phone... while manipulating the mobile part (cover) you can slightly improve the volume.
Another point to check is the button on the side of the phone which allows to increase or lower the volume: it could happen that you turn the volume low without noticing it...
My solution was to replace the phone.

press * right * left left * left *
to enter service menu
than check ur speaker is OK or not yourself

Speakers are quite hard to replace. You can try getting your phone replaced through your manufacturer.

Check the middle button on the side. Hold it in and raise the earpiece volume to the highest before you throw the phone away.
