Past service life message on Epson C88+ message appears and will not accept new cartridges or try to feed paper at all. Since this printer is just for home printing and it doesn't need to print...

Check if there are any objects blocking the way of the printhead or if there are objects down the paper feed area.
Is your printer placed on a stable, flat surface?
Does it happen to all the papers that you are using? Are the papers in good condition?
Try loading only 10 to 20 sheets of regular paper.
do a printer check to isolate the issue. Turn the printer off. Unplug the usb cable from the printer. Hold down the paper button while you turn the printer on. Keep on holding down the paper button only. Let go of the paper button when the power light starts blinking. If it does the same, there is an issue already on the gear of your printer.
If your unit is out of warranty, log on to support.epson.com. Click on help me find a service center to the left of the page to contact the epson local servicers near your area. If your unit is under warranty, call epson.

Appear duplex jam at display samsung ML-2150

Lubricate all gears and shafts inside the machine. There is an idle gear on the top back motor "where the paper comes out" the nylon it is made of shrinks causing the gear to seize on the shaft resulting in jamming. Super glue the fuser output rollers to their shaft. the rubbers on the output roller expand and slip when heated (usually after printing a large document) printing one page then resting/cooling down the problem doesnt occur. the idle roller on the duplex feeder also breaks off.

Samsung CPL-300 Color Laser Printer Problem W/ Labels

I work in the comercial printing game, what your describing sounds like the surface finish used on these labels is only suited to black toner. Black requires the least amount of heat to set, where as colours require more radient heat the lighter the colour gets from black. Try printing a black/monotone lable and see if you still get this blistering problem.
