The TALK button will flash while in this mode 3) Presd the TONE (*) button to select Tone Dialing or press the PAUSE (#) button to select Pulse Dialing 4) Press the PROG button again. Lisa, If the 900MHZ phone is Model 26928M programming for rotary dial usually goes like below, can't hurt to try on any model. TONE/PULSE DIALING This adjustment allows you to select tone (touch-tone) or pulse (rotary) mode dialing. The phone is pre-set for touch-tone use. To set to tone or pulse dialing: 1. Press and hold the program button for two seconds. You will hear a beep. 2. Press the *tone button to select Tone Dialing or press #pause to select Pulse Dialing. 3. Press the program button again. You will hear a confirmation tone.

Press menu and use the arrow down to goto Global setup and press select. Use the down arrow and goto Dial Mode and press select. Use the down arrow to select your dial mode and press select

Once you find T/P DIAL MODE, press OPTIONS, then press the DOWN arrow.

All phones have a sliding switch either at the bottom or sides of the instrument. The same is marked with "P" & "T" on either side of the switch, meaning Pulse or Tone. Shift the sliding switch to T for Tone or vice-e-versa.
