My lexmark X4270 all in one does not scan or print (by 6 users)

The printer and scanner functions are not operating. I've downloaded the proper drivers but nothing happens in the printer or scanner modes.

My all in Lex 4270 will not scan and device image shows driver conflict print/fax/copy work fine. Lexmark says cant help call microsoft any suggestions
