There may be a cover on the bottom you can remove to expose the fan and air duct. Open all the covers you can find. If you expose the fan and duct, try vacuuming the area to remove all the accumulated dust and grime. There may appear to be a filter near the outer end of the duct. It is not a filter but is accumulated dust and grime. Use a tooth pick or something to dislodge it and vacuum it up. If you can, remove the plate covering the fan and clean it too. Try powering the computer to see if the fan turns. It may also need some lubrication. If there is a lable in the center of the fan and the lable doesn't spin, lift half the lable and the bearing will ew exposed. a couple of drops of very light oil will do. DO NOT USE WD40. It is a water dispersant and drying agent. Welcome to the world of "Do It YourSelf".

If you are able to check and make sure 100% that it's not working, you have 2 choices:
If it's under warranty I'd send it in to get looked at. Having all your cooling fans working, especially in a laptop, it very important.
If the laptop is not under warranty, you can purchase replacement fans from the manufacturer's website or even Ebay if you know what you are looking for. Depending on how familiar you are with your laptop, you may just want to take it in to a pc repair shop to get it fixed, because taking a laptop apart to fix anything at all can be a very daunting task, and things can go wrong very easily if you don't know what you are doing.

Computer shuts down after 10-15 min

Overheating
When the CPU overheats then it will shut down (i.e. thermal overload) and won't boot up again until it has cooled down. If this is the problem is not fixed then the CPU will eventually fail.
A faulty fan causes the problem or the fan and heat sink assembly are clogged with dust.
Check the CPU fan to see if it spins freely, if not replace the fan.
If the fan and heat sink is clogged with dust the remove the dust and make sure the vents are clear and dust free. Use a small brush and can of compressed air to do this.

I would replace the distributor stator and the TFI ignition module both of which are in and on the distributor. Use Ford OEM parts (Motorcraft) as after market fail very quickly.

Hello, what does it mean when the fan is still running after the car has been turned off. it's still running after 1 hour

Most electric fan will run after car is shut off when it is hot, to cool the coolant. They shouldn't run for more that 15 min tops. It sound like a timer is malfunctioning.
hope that helps

Radiator fan runs after car is turned off. Only occurs when A/C is run for more than 10-15 min. Shuts off after a few minutes, but is concerning.

That is nothing to worry about the fan remains running after the vehicle shuts off in order for the engine to cool down. Once the motor cools down sensors trigger the fan to shut it off.

Amana Cooling Condensing Unit fan stops spinning after 15 mins

Capacitor, dirty condencer coil causing the motor amps to run too high. But most likely worn bearing on blade side of motor causing it to pull to one side causing it to over heat and shut down. Sleve bearings should have no side play.

When i turn on my laptop it runs for 1 min then it turns off

It kind of sounds as if the laptop might be overheating. You can use a can of air to try to clear out the cooling system by blowing into the exhaust outlet towards the fan. You should hold the fan with a paper clip or something so it does not spin. Make sure computer is shut off, and battery removed when you do this.

Crash!!

Could be Heat, sounds like the system is shutting down to protect the processor. Let it sit shut down over night and see if it runs longer when it's cooled down. Is the fan running?
